Openwork Heart Double Sided Pendant Necklace. The openwork heart pendant features 18K Yellow Gold with inset round cut Sapphires on both sides. The chain is made of 14K Yellow Gold.

This wonderful pendant measures 15/16" long including the bail, 11/16" wide, 1/8" thick, on a 18" long chain. The necklace weighs 6g. The Sapphires each measure 2mm in diameter.
